Dr Radia Nurein obtained her dental degree in 2003 after which she pursued her career further at the Eastman Dental Hospital from 2006 to 2007 achieving a distinction in clinical dental sciences. She has a wealth of experience in general dentistry and management of anxious patients having worked in different hospitals in Wales including the University Dental Hospital in Cardiff doing Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, restorative and paediatric dentistry from 2009 to 2011.
In 2011, she moved back to London to work in primary care at various clinics doing multiple postgraduate courses simultaneously to enhance her skills. By 2018 she successfully completed two postgraduate certificates in Restorative Dentistry with Tipton Training and Eastman Dental Institute. She is also a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Dr Nurein is passionate about offering the highest standards of modern dental care by keeping up to date with current trends in dentistry through continuous professional courses.

Dr Abubakar Baana (AB) graduated from the prestigious Queen Mary University of London (Barts and The London) in 2021 and has since focused his career on advanced restorative and endodontic dentistry.
He has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics and has developed a particular clinical interest in complex root canal treatment and comprehensive restorative cases. Dr Baana accepts both internal and external referrals for endodontic and advanced restorative treatment, working closely with referring colleagues to ensure seamless continuity of care and detailed communication at every stage.
Known for his meticulous approach and calm precision under magnification, he prioritises preservation of natural tooth structure wherever possible, combining evidence-based protocols with refined clinical technique.
He has also completed Part 1 of the MFDS qualification with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and remains committed to ongoing postgraduate education, continually advancing his skills in complex case management.
Alongside his referral work, Dr Baana provides clear aligners and comprehensive general dentistry, always delivering care with discretion, clarity, and an uncompromising standard of excellence.
Outside of clinical practice, he is a devoted father, tech whizz, an avid runner, and regularly travels internationally to provide dental care to underserved communities, reflecting a longstanding commitment to service beyond the surgery.

Dr Yaman Walid qualified as a dentist from the University of Manchester dental school in 2005, after which he completed a year of vocational training in North Wales. After a series of hospital posts in oral surgery and restorative dentistry in the Yorkshire region, he was awarded Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.
Dr Walid completed a four-year training programme at Guy’s Hospital specialising in Prosthodontics, after which he was awarded a certificate of completion of specialist training (CCST) in Prosthodontics and included on the General Dental Council’s specialist list in Prosthodontics.
In 2015 he was awarded a Membership in Prosthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, along with a Masters in Clinical in Dentistry (Prosthodontics) from King’s College London.
The speciality of Prosthodontics encompasses all aspects of aesthetic and implant dentistry as well as crowns, bridges and dentures. It also deals with all aspects of failing dentistry. With his specialist knowledge and expertise, Dr Walid will aim to restore your teeth and smile with natural looking and long lasting restorations using modern materials and up to date techniques.
Dr Walid has a passion for dental education and held a position as a Clinical Teacher in Restorative Dentistry at the Leeds dental institute looking after dental students in training. He is also one of a select few dentists in the London deanery who are responsible for training newly qualified dentists in their first year after graduation. He has delivered numerous hands-on training courses and lectures locally and nationally. He holds a post graduate certificate in health research, enabling him to provide the best possible treatment options for his patients, based on sound scientific evidence.
Outside dentistry, Dr Walid enjoys playing football and is a talented cook; otherwise he is busy looking after his young family.

Dr. Asan Hammad graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2019, where he was praised for his kind, compassionate treatment of patients and his colleagues. He is exceptional at managing children and patients with anxiety. This is also where he formed a community of like-minded dentists who learn from and help each other.
Early in his career, Asan honed his skills alongside leading clinicians nationwide, cultivating expertise in oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, aligners and endodontics. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he served as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Salisbury District Hospital, where he learned to manage complex emergencies and dealing with A&E on-call shifts. This is also when he was faced with extracting more irreversibly compromised teeth than during the rest of his professional career, which refined his preservation-first philosophy an experience that inspired his personal motto.
Currently, Dr. Hammad is advancing his craft through a Diploma in Advanced Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics at the Aspire Dental Academy.
Beyond the clinic, Asan remains committed to charitable oral-health initiatives across the UK and abroad. In his downtime, he pursues video editing a creative outlet that continuously sharpens his eye for dental aesthetics and detail.
Cosmetic Dentistry and Dental Sleep Medicine
Dr Ishtar Mahdi is a cosmetic and restorative dentist with a keen interest in a holistic and preventative approach to dental health.
Dr Mahdi graduated from Newcastle Dental School in 2011 with clinical merit and went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma to become a Member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons, Glasgow in 2012. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to her day to day work. With experience in head and neck surgery, as well as all dental specialties, she spent the early years of her career working in dental and general hospitals before transitioning to general practice.
Dr Mahdi has completed several postgraduate courses in cosmetic dentistry and has been a qualified Invisalign provider since 2018, delivering successful clear aligner treatments since.
Passionate about aesthetic dentistry, she particularly enjoys smile design, composite bonding, clear aligners, crown work, and creating natural-looking white fillings.
More recently Dr Mahdi's scope of practice has expanded to include Dental Sleep Medicine and management of temporomandibular joint disorders. This allows her to understand, diagnose and treat sleep related disorders and jaw joint pain which compliments her holistic approach to dentistry.
Her goal is to offer a calm and welcoming environment, where she can treat patients holistically using minimally invasive, aesthetic, and preventative approaches.
